Megan Rosen hit that wall, too. Instead of pushing harder against it, she built her way through it.

Megan spent a decade building other people's businesses before she let herself build her own. She helped her family's construction company break into franchising, took a food brand from nine family-owned locations to a private equity buyout, and along the way kept fixing the same problem for client after client.

Eventually, she realized the fix was the business.

She and her co-founder, Ashley Walsh, turned it into Pallas OmniStack, a patent-pending AI platform that started as a lead-qualifying tool and has grown into an operating system for founders who can't outspend bigger competitors. Now, they're expanding into wearables for healthcare and memory care.

None of it came without a cost—including a fake investor who tried to slip a hidden fee into her deal before she ever got the chance to pitch a real one.

She's pitching real investors this week.
