A Note from Our Founder
There is a point most founders hit where the effort is real, the drive is there, and the work keeps moving forward. And yet something underneath it all feels heavier than it should. Not because anything is wrong. Because you have been carrying it alone longer than you realized.
This week's Field Note goes straight at that. The exhaustion that builds quietly in leadership. The isolation that distorts perspective and makes fear louder than it needs to be. And what it actually looks like to lead from connection and purpose rather than pressure and survival. You were never meant to carry this alone. And there is a different way to lead from here.

This conversation digs into the mental side of growth, including perfectionism, overthinking, momentum, and why reps matter more than confidence when you’re trying to build something meaningful.
If you’ve been waiting for confidence before taking your next step, this conversation may change the way you think about growth. Hear how Greg turned chaos into conviction and why momentum matters more than feeling ready.

How To: Shift a Paradigm

David Thadinga reimagines what holistic, wellness-based healthcare coverage could be.
After 20 years of leadership in the insurance industry, David Thadinga left his job to create Tikvah Health & Wellness, an alternative healthcare plan aimed at wellness-based care that includes natural and alternative medicine as well as conventional medicine.
Thadinga started Tikvah (‘hope’ in Hebrew) when his family encountered two separate and severe health situations where they were given limited options. In one instance, the advice he and his wife received from doctors to put one of their children on medication didn’t make sense to them. In another, they refused to accept a hopeless diagnosis and searched for a doctor who could offer possible solutions. In both cases, their gut instincts paid off, and the family is well.
